Operator. This website is operated by BNM Uluslararası İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye (Trade Registry No. 264228), under the BNM Cargo name.
Information only. Website content describes our services in general. It is not an offer. Availability of lanes, modes, capacity, transit times and rates depends on carriers and is confirmed only in a written quotation.
Quote requests. Submitting a request creates no obligation for either party and does not reserve capacity or fix a price. A shipment is binding only once a quotation is accepted in writing and confirmed by us.
Shipment terms. Each booked shipment is governed by the quotation, booking confirmation and the terms referenced in them, [CONFIRM: e.g. applicable standard trading conditions / FIATA-based terms]. These Terms of Use do not replace them.
Accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions, weights, dangerous-goods declarations and documents you provide.
Customer accounts. Keep your login confidential. Milestones shown in your account are those confirmed by us with carriers or agents; they are not a live carrier feed.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the website, submit false or automated requests, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Intellectual property. Website content and the BNM Cargo name and logo belong to BNM Group companies. Partner logos are shown with permission and belong to their owners.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information. Liability for shipments is governed by the shipment terms in point 4.
Law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
